Privacy Notice

Nothing on purpose. The site sets no cookie, runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixel and loads no script from anyone else. Its fonts are served from the site itself, so reading a page does not tell a font service you were here.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel records each request: the address it came from, the browser’s user agent, the page asked for and the time. Vercel keeps those logs for a limited period under its own policy, and we use them only to keep the site running and to look into abuse. We do not combine them with anything else or sell them.

The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to Galley, the desk we use to run our sites, and a person reads them. We keep the messages we receive for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of what we agreed. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

The desk at galley-weld.vercel.app is a separate service for the people who edit our properties, and its sign-in is for them alone. The properties on the desk may count page views with Galley’s beacon, which sets no cookie and records a visitor as a salted one-way hash, never an IP address. Each property has its own privacy notice, and the links on this site to our properties lead to sites that notice governs.

This site is written for the people who run websites. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@painted.app. We do not charge for it.

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Thank you for reading it.
